If the CD is a Microsoft CD rather than an OEM CD supplied with your PC
see KB 326246 - "How to Replace Lost, Broken, or Missing Microsoft
Software or hardware" (http://support.microsoft.com?kbid=326246).

Alternatively try eBay.

Microsoft support Microsoft CDs whereas the OEM involved is contractually
obliged as part of their deal with Microsoft to support OEM copies.
Microsoft product keys can't be used to install from OEM media and vice
versa.
