Internet tools functions for Internet Explorer

Whether there are 7 ways to get to this setting does not seem overly relevant here, but my concern is with Internet ExplorerToolsInternet OptionsConnectionsNever dial.../Dial whenever..../Always Dial.... My goal is to make this read only/unchangeable once i have set it to "Always dial my default connection". The reason is that "some thing or things" keeps changing this setting from Always dial to Never dial. Does anyone know what physical file these settings are stored in? Question: How do I make the Internet options dial setting a read-only situation? Thanks, FACE
