Default Some log entry for Registry replacement?

I am trying to find out exactly which (by date) "working registry" that
Win98SE picked to replace a corrupt registry on 6/1/05.

Any help?

As further information, I have located a 6+ meg file called "RBBAD.CAB"
dated 6/1 in Windows Temp.

Problems have been created by this registry replacement.
