Default How can I determine which program is accessing the internet?

At times my dialup connection window indicates a lot of communication
with the Internet. I suspect that it is some program wanting to update
itself. I thought I had all automatic updates turned off.

How can I determine which program is accessing the Internet?

And what address it is connecting to?

I couldn't find this version on the Agnitum site, only Agnitum Outpost
Firewall Pro, trial version. Does your version accept updates from the
provider?

Stan,
get your butt over to "Spybot" poste-haste.
it sounds like you have been hijacked by a 'dialer'.

http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/

D/load spybot search and destroy 1.4 itself and update all, then run it.
I also suggest you download and use most of the other products
at the site.
Read about them, get used to them, and use them.

lennon.
