what is 'fequency out of range' message
I changed my resolution settings and now when i turn the
pc on i can hear windows 98 loading and the music but i get a screen saying ' fequency out of range' what is this and how do i fix it please. when this appears it then goes to a black screen. thanks in advance vanessaoz

You have changed your video settings to a format that the monitor cannot
handle. Boot Windows in safe mode and change the settings back to what they were.
