Rundll has caused an error in MMSYSTEM.DLL
I am getting an error at start up. It states "Rundll has
caused an error in MMSYSTEM.DLL" My mouse does not work. I started in safe mode, and my mouse works. I added "drivers=mmsystem.dll" to my System.ini file but this did not help. Any suggestions? Thank you. |

Rundll has caused an error in MMSYSTEM.DLL
Have a look in Device Manager while in Safe Mode - remove any error-flagged
devices, and any duplicated entries. Reboot to Normal Mode, and windows will reinstall required drivers - see if that helps -- Noel Paton (MS-MVP 2002-2004, Win9x) Nil Carborundum Illegitemi http://www.btinternet.com/~winnoel/millsrpch.htm Please read http://dts-l.org/goodpost.htm on how to post messages to NG's or http://www.microsoft.com/presspass/f.../Mar27pmvp.asp "Mike" wrote in message ...
