Security Update CD
I have installed the Microsoft Windows Security Updaate CD
on my PC. The application is not able to execute due to a missing .DLL file. This file is VETCONF.DLL, the file is not available on the Microsoft web site. I need to download this file in an effort to run the new Security Update CD. Can you email me file. Thank You

It is not a MS file and I could not find one for download on the internet.
