Default Wireless Internet

Can I have wireless internet using Windows 98 the orginal one? I don't have
the SE I only have the FE. I will soon be getting DSL or Cable for my
internet and I want my notebook to be wireless using PCMCIA card in my house.
I will want to use a router to wirelessly use my notebook. If I can't do
this is there any way I can do this like maybe downloading a certin file or
program.?
