Default Help on Video Card Selection

It's a decent card. AGP is usually the choice due to a faster bus.
It can be used for gaming or 2D.
Usually you uninstall the old vid card drivers before installing the new
card.

I'm running 98SE on an MSI KT3 Ultra motherboard (MS-6380E).

I want to replace my video card and was wondering if there is a site
that will guide me through the steps to help me make the best
selection. I'm not a gamer and want to keep cost to a minimum.

I've looked at the Radeon 9200 with 128mb, for $40 delivered. Is this
a good choice? Any other recommendations? I'm assuming an AGP card
is better than a PCI one.
