Should I worry about this? I get an error message at startup
c:PROGRA~1\WILDTA~1\APPS\CDA\CDAENG~.DLL

You may only have a Registry entry left for the Wild Tangent scumware
if you have cleaned up.
If so, disable it in Msconfig.
(Start-Run-MSCONFIG-Startup tab)

As explained by Alan you have Wild Tangent crud on your computer. If it
was not properly removed you might have leftover cr@p. The information
here might be helpful:

Thanks for your help it ws the registry & I disabled it and the error message is gone. Thanks very much!

This was good info . but the registry was the issue. I did go in and remove the web driver from the info I got at the wild tangent site but it didn't eliminate the error message. Thanks very much!
