System hangs when DVD+R is inserted
I run two operating systems: Windows 95 and Windows 98.
When I insert a DVD+R into the DVD ROM drive, the system hangs. This occurs when running Windows 98. However, if I insert a DVD+R into the DVD ROM drive, the system does not hang if running Windows 95. Could there be a problem with the settings within Windows 98. If so, how do I fix this problem?
