How to watch movies on an old 386 pc with win98?

I try to watch movies on my old 386 pc. I get the sound just fine, but the film is slower than the sound, like freezing sometimes. I've tried each and every codec known like, acemegacodec, kazaalitecodec,etc.

What can i do more? I have a stealth s60 7000(the only one that fits in my pc, but please help me to whatch movies on my pc.
