did you try update windows frist then help comands were you go in the trouble
shootin prochure i dont care but browser settings are to be check it for what

what thier subpose to be uninstal and re loadit from a fopply go to local
libary
use the public acess nework as a benifit of your tax dollars f1 printouts
help commands are one thing like 25cents at this libary under tools thier
stuff
tell more and we can further this along get r done under file print some
thing maybe take aong a memory thing and un plug it usb port fix it some way
came across this story couldnt get it my self lot of steps to check list to
