Default Windows 98 and 98se

Hi I am trying to install Motorolla PhoneTools onto my PC.. I have Windows
98. It says it needs Windows 98se. How do I upgrade to this?? Or how can I
get around this?? Ant ideas?

You can get a copy of Win98 SE on eBay or some of the larger online
stores. Avoid OEM versions if you don't want to install clean.
There is not normally a way around it if a minimum of Win98 SE is
stipulated.
