Default OS Disks

I have been having umpteen zillion problems and now can't update the OS. I
Did use my restore disks, but now future updates are causing problems too -
won't accept them. My OS came pre-loaded on the computer, can you obtain the
OS disks for ME? Why are the computers being sold without the OS disks? I
can reinstall the program because I don't have the disks. To run setup
again...it wants the disks that I don't have.

The required disks are provided only by the system manufacturer. Go complain
to them.
