admin promt
tool internet options give a promt which blocks me and
advises me to go to the admin. This is a home system original owner. How do I get this removed?

Are you using XP? it seems to me that you are not logged
in as admin, and there have been restrictions placed on the account you are using. I would suggest to log in to admin and change the privileges for other users.
