Default Anyone use a Compaq Presario 8702?

I just got an older Compaq Presario 8702, unknown specs. I will try to find
something on the Compaq website.

The question is a series of buttons across the top of the tower at the
front.

One looks like the power switch, but the rest are a puzzle.

* One has a telephone symbol

* one has that plus a document

* one has a Q label

* 4 other buttons have casette player symbols, play, stop, fast forward,
rewind.

Never saw this on a computer before.

Any information on this?

TIA

Thanks. It really looks strange, with those top buttons.
