Default WAN Printer Sharing for use with VNC

Hi all,

Could someone explain the steps I would need to take to setup print
sharing over the internet between a Windows 98 machine (connected to
printer) and a Windows XP home machine (needs to access printer)?
Basically I need to be able to provide a user with the ability to VNC
into the XP machine and then print back to his own printer, so if
anybody knows of any VNC clients that support localized printing that
would be a great help as well.

Much thanks in advance,

Larry
