Is this really a problem. I have no USB devices attached. Can anyone tell
me where the "driver tab" is? Does it call for the Win98 SE installation
disk?

Go to Device Manager, Remove all USB devices, restart. It *may* require =
you to insert the Windows Installation CD, it may not.

If that doesn't work, try it in Safe Mode (removing the devices.) =
Otherwise, since you're not using USB devices, who cares?
