Error Messages

When I close down windowon either internet or outlook express the following
message keep appearing ; this program has performed an illegal operation and
will be shut down, with this in the details box, IEXPLORE caused an invalid
page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 0167:bff87ede. I try to close it but nothing happens.
I then try to shut down my computer but can't do this either. To get rid of
it I have to restart my computer every time. Please Help.

It wouldn't hurt to try re-loading your video drivers; if that does not help, then
try this procedu

Update your anti-virus app and then run a full-system virus scan.

Use CWShredder, the CoolWeb removal tool, available he

Close all browser windows and open apps, start CWShredder and click the Fix button.

Install Ad-Aware 6 free edition, start it, click its 'Check for Updates' link in the
