Why do I get a pop-up window from "Microsoft Internet Explorer" that needs data from my computer to help IE work better? But this pop-up only appears at secure sites.ie financial,domestic utilities,....etc. I use win98 I have as my mind set Microsoft quit supporting win98 thus why does "Microsoft" need this data? Why is this a display problem?
