Default Error: "Insufficient memory to initialize Windows"

After having to force-restart my PC after it had frozen, I
am now unable to start my PC normally: I always get the
following error -

"While loading device V86MMGR:
Insufficent memory to initialize Windows"

I can get in through safe mode.

doesn't seem to apply to my computer (it only affects
those with over 1GB of memory - I only have 32MB [stop

anything useful either.

would just buy a new PC but I can't afford it...
