Default Microsoft Messenger

I am receiving porn etc through MSM and wish to disconnect
it. There are instructions on the web for XP but not ME
can any one help?

WindowsMe does not run the Messenger service, so XP instructions won't help.
If you are sure the source is MSN Messenger or Windows Messenger the only
'cure' is to uninstall it.

But are you sure? How sure are you that these aren't Internet Explorer
boxes popping up with spam/porn in them?
