Default Service pack

I just tried to install new service packs on my computer
and it won't let me do so because a message comes up
saying NTDLL.DLL:strstr. doesn't exist. What do I do to
get it back?
Help

Graeme,

There are no service packs for Win Me (Windows Millennium) although there is a
service pack for Internet Explorer 6 (SP1) as there have been for IE5.5 (SP1 &
more recently SP2). I suspect that you are trying to install a service pack
intended for the Windows 2000 operating system in which case be thankful that
the install failed as otherwise you would have thoroughly trashed your
existing system.

There are no service packs for ME - and you're trying to install SP's for
Windows 2000 into ME - if you succeed, you'll really screw the system!
