installing mini ipod software

I'm trying to install the mini ipod software, but it
requires Windows ME +the SP4 windows download. However,
when trying to install the SP4 pack I keep getting the
error message "The SP4EXPRESS_EN_EXE file is linked to
missing export NTDLL.DLL:strstr". Does anyone know where
I can find the NTDLL.DLL file?

There are NO Service Packs for Win ME - you're trying to install Windows
2000 updates into a Windows Millennium OS.

IT WON'T WORK!!!

The Windows Millennium operating system (Win Me) is _NOT_ the same as Windows
2000. They are two entirely different operating systems. You appear to be
trying to install the Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 on Win Me. As you've found,
it won't and you are lucky not to have totally trashed your system in your
attempt.
