Default missing files

recieve error starting program logilang.dll file linked to
missing export mfc30.dll:364 how can i fix this

The version of MFC30.DLL that is required should have been
supplied as part of the mouse software. Check the CD or
floppy that came with the mouse and see if the file is
there. Check that the mouse installation procedure
completed properly. If you haven't recently installed the
mouse then some other recently installed software has
replaced this file. It's also possible that something you
are running is loading its own private (out of date)
version of this file and is forcing your mouse software to
use it, hence the error. Use the Find Files or Folders
option to search for MFC30.DLL and make sure that there is
only one copy on the system, that it is the most recent
you can find, and that it is in \Windows\System.
