OLEAU32.DLL:176

If anyone can please help, i keep getting this message
that says "The MSNMSGR.EXE file is linked to missing
export OLEAU32.DLL:176" when i start MSN Messanger and
when i run Java cools Spyware e-blaster it says that
the .DLL file is out of date and needs to be updated,
where can i update this file from, please somebody help
me!!!!

It comes as part of Visual Basic 6.0 run-time libraries...install them from the link
on this web page:
VBRun60sp6.exe installs Visual Basic 6.0 SP6 run-time files:

BTW, I assume 'oleau32' is a typo, and the file you refer to is actually
'oleaut32.dll'
