Confirm steps in KB 261328

I wanted to confirm with anyone in the know out ther regarding the
troubleshooting steps in the KB article

For any of the sections in the article, do you know if the steps to extract
the files will apply if I am using an OEM CD instead of a regulard Windows
98/ME CD?

They should do - but note that in step 2 of Method 1
para 3
C:\Windows\Options\Install
will need to be changed to
C:\Windows\Options\CABS

(IOW, you don't need the CD at all, hopefully!)
