You don't mention the version of Windows you are using, which really is
a
must when asking for help in the newsgroups, but, try the following and
see
if it helps:

IE Fix
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/IEFIX.htm
Restore All Tabs under Internet Options
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs.../iegentabs.reg
Restore All Display Tabs
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs...isplaytabs.reg

Hope this helps.

When I go to the tools menu, the delete temp files tab is there, but
the
delete cookies tab is missing.

Unfortunately it hasn't been updated to include IE6 but there could be
analogous tips written for IE6 in there. For example, this is the most
general procedure available for all OS mentioned the Run...

BTW here is another article which ties the OS to the same procedure.
Ignore the title and watch out for all the typos... eg

Good idea, Jan. I'm not familiar with this OS either.

Hmm...had not heard of this one. I'll make note of it for future reference.
I was surprised to see that it had not been updated to include the IE6 as it
is used with these older OSs as well. However, often, the same functions
that were written for the IE5.5 will also work for the IE6, so it is
sometimes hard to make a guess as to what will work on IE6 even though it
say only IE5.5.

BTW here is another article which ties the OS to the same procedure.

Very interesting, and yeah...the title is a bit misleading.

I had ME for several years and didn't have a lot of problems with it. But,
I know all the folks in that newsgroup group and they are experts on that
program, so I feel sure they will be able to help the OP resolve the issue.

Just got my new subscription, too. Kewl! g
