Default Windows to remember password

After initially logging on to an account with my Username & Password
a Windows Popup Box appeared stating "Do you want Windows to remember
the password so that you don't have to type it in again the next time
you visit this page" I said No but have since changed my mind -The
Popup Box does not appear again after filling in my Username &
Password. Is there away to get the Popup Box to appear again?
