Default error message RUNDLL

I have been getting and error message RUNDLL everytime I
start my computer up for several months now. It says:
Error loading C:\WINDOWS\BXXS5.DLL
This system cannot find the file specified.
I've reloaded my IE 6 and my Windows 98 twice and it still
comes up. I went to the microsoft site and found out what
a "DLL" file is and how to extract it from my windows disk
but it appears that maybe it is from some other program
that loads on my computer as it is booting them. How do I
find out what product this file is missing from and how do
I go about reloading this missing file when I do?
By the way, I have been having a hell of a time with my
McAfee service and wonder if this is why. There technical
support can't seem to do anything but waste my time and
get me no where.
Thanks,
pink

Thanks or Good Luck,
There may be humor in this post, and,
