Toolbar on Taskbar
I have set my Desktop as Toolbar on Taskbar near System Tray.
1- If I close this toolbar it comes back on restart. 2- If I arrange items on this toolbar they change at will on restart. System is clean with updated AVG, S&D, Adware etc. -- Farhan

Say what the problem is using clear words.
What do you want to do and how are you doing it now?
