Default Fatal Exception error after clean install

Hello,

I did a clean install of Windows 98 SE after having problems with my
previous installation. First thing after I formated and installed drivers I
got IE6 and all the updates to Windows 98 that were available.

After installing the updates I restarted and got a blue screen with the
following error: "A fatal exception 0E has occured at 0167:BFF9E0FB..."

I searched a little and found that it has to do with the Service Pack but I
could not find a solution or any more info than that.

Does anyone know how to solve this? I'd hate to format and install
everything again because of this.

Thank you,

Eliraz Brezner
