Both the Microsoft site
(http://www.microsoft.com/office/edit...fo/proreq.mspx) and the literature advertising Office 2003 are quite clear in stating that to use any part of Microsoft Office 2003 the PC has to be running either Windows 2000 SP3, Windows XP, or later. That means that Office 2003 will NOT run on Win Me since it is neither Windows 2000 nor XP. -- Mike Maltby MS-MVP [2001-2004] Tom Reid wrote: Can anyone tell me definitively if Office Professional 2003 will run on Me?
