How to (Re)Install Word Pad

I recently had a problem trying to install the PC-Cillin
Intenet Security 2004 anti-virus program. When I
contacted customer support at Trend Micro Systems they did
an exhaustive anaylsis of my computer and its files, etc.
and informed me that I need to reinstall Wordpad. How do
I do this. My OS is Windows ME. Thanks for any advice.
Stumped in New York.

Did they give you any reason why?
Extract a copy of Wordpad.exe from your CD from Win_17.cab
