Can not open Microsoft programs
Go to the www site of your anti-virus software manufacturer and search on
the virus name. They will have instructions on how to remove it and how to undo the damage it has done. Anti-virus software can quarantine or delete files to prevent a virus from running, but it won't remove it or reverse its effects. -- Jeff Richards MS MVP W95/W98 "Garmat" wrote in message ...
