Default Blue screen when accessing Windows Explorer

I get 2 Blue Screens when I try to open Windows Explorer or access the CD-ROM
to update Microsoft Office. The first Blue Screen says: Error : OD : 0028 :
00000003 - so I click on Eter and the second Blue Screen says: Error : OD :
09B7 : 08A70E15. So I click on Enter and Windows comes back, BUT: the mouse
is gone and no programs can be accessed. When I CTRL-ALT-DEL it says that
Explorer is not responding, so I power off and then power back up. Any ideas?
