Default Window appearance after repair install

Just did a repair install to fix a cd rom issue.
When viewing windows as web pages the window icon (L/H top corner)appears
large with no blue shading behind it and large lettering for the folder
name.
All other icons appear correct size.
How can I fix this? Otherwise everything else works ok.

Not a major issue but it did display ok previously.

Win 98se.
Matrox Millennium 2 display adaptor.

I would reinstall the video card's drivers and reboot.

Try entering dxdiag in the Start = Run box abd run the video tests.
