Default Restoring to an earlier point in time

In window's XP you can use the system restore point to
move back to an earlier point in time so to correct the
system. I cannot find this in window's 98, i would like
to know where i can find this?

Win98 does not have System Restore.
It was introduced in Windows Millennium.
