Digital Mode Error in Windows Media Player
I get an error message trying to play music in digital mode using Windows
Media Player in Windows ME. The error message says "an error has been encountered trying to play in digital mode. Do want to retry, or switch to analog mode?" I think this has something to do with what slots and IRQs I am using on the motherboard. I have a lot of devices installed (ethernet, Sound Blaster, AGP Radeon 9200, Promise IDE card, TV Tuner card). The Sound Blaster is set to allow SB16 emulation LPT sharing. Could someone give me a clue about how to go about troubleshooting this? thanks, Kevin |
