missing files

Hello,
Hello I do hope that someone knows what I am talking about
becuase I am not sure. I got an error that said that I am
missing a DLL. file. I have just gotten SBC DSL they said
that the problem is not related and that I have to.
Reinstall the file from the disc. I do not know how to do
this. If anyone is out there and can help. I would be
greatly appreciated.

It would surely help if you stated the exact filename of the dll,
and also the application you are running at the moment you get the error.
