Default ARCHIVES IN OUTLOOK EXPRESS

When trying to load outlook express files from old to new
computer, and am now unable to access outlook express
archives. computer gives the message that it cannot
open "pst files." Does anyone know how to access the
archives? HELP!

Default ARCHIVES IN OUTLOOK EXPRESS

..Pst files are from Outlook. Outlook Express uses .dbx files.
