Default Protocol - Not recognised?

As well as my authentic protocol I have listed Challenge Handshake
authentication protocol - This comes on when I log on to the Internet.
Previously there was only
TCP/IP. The ony thing I have added is ONSPEED -in anticipation - Thanks
