Recent installation of System Recovery of ME
A recent instllation of System Recovery of ME, can I use the Microsoft
Windows Security Update CD dated February 2004 as a primilary stage of updating?. Whats sort of Anti Virus ,anti.... etc do you suggest I us, thanks

You should be fine with the Feb04 cd. For anti-virus, AVG Free Edition is a
