Default Windows 98 performance tips!

1) Remove all files and folders which "YOU CREATED" from the "My Documents"
folder and move them to another folder or drive ( as long as it is NOT
within MyDocuments, C:\ ( root ) or Windows folder ).

2) Clean up the C:\ ( root ) directory. Move ( or delete ) all files which
have the text "LOG", "TXT" ... including all files which end in "000",
"001", "002".....

3) In the Windows folder move ( or delete ) all files which end with the
extention ".TXT", ".SFC", ".GIF", ".BMP", ".LOG". If you do not use
Microsoft Fax, it is also safe to move ( or delete ) files which end with
".CPE".

The more of the above files you deleted or moved the more of a performance
gain you will obtain.
