Default Quick Time or Zip?

More help please on Help Troubleshooters. I receive an
error message stating that I cannot open the downloaded
workaround to get the Help Troubleshooters working because
the file is not one that Quick Time understands. It is a
Zip File. I don't know what to do.

Download and install an unzip utility such as winzip. Use it to unzip the
file into its own folder. The site that provided the download should have a
link to an unzip utility, or you can simply google on it. For instance:
http://www.download.com/3000-2250-10003164.html
http://www.tucows.com/preview/339106.html
