Default This is why the Win-9x/ME forum on MSFN.org is a piece of ****

The little prick moderators on MSFN.org have this rule, and they even
apply it to windows-9x/me, even though Micro$haft could give 2 ****s
about those old versions of Windoze any more.

The chicken-**** retards that run msfn don't realize that the only way
they're going to GROW THE MEMBERSHIP of people that participate in the
win-9x/me forums at this point (if that's even possible) is to talk and
post openly and freely about the following:

============================
» No Illegal/Copyrighted Software Discussion

1.a This is not a warez site! Links/Requests to warez and/or illegal
material (e.g., cracks, serials, etc.) will not be tolerated. Discussion
of circumventing WGA/activation/timebombs/license restrictions, use of
keygens, or any other illegal activity, including, but not limited to,
requests for help where pirated software is being used or being
discussed, will also not be tolerated. Offenders may be banned on first
violation.
===========================

So for example, posting this list of win-98 product keys would be banned
and deleted on msfn.org:

JH2JK - M8TKW - JH4GD - 7763W - 7JYQ6
JF7XF - TRMXP - 3GHDT - QJF7H - 96CK6
VXWXH - K7XYD - BYG89 - DG4DX - KQV3G
HGHPB - M6ZXF - 4F9F7 - RHMM4 - CTWD6
W8T8P - ZTZVQ - HTVF8 - KPQMH - Z4GQD
HWFQM - G4XB7 - KQMQV - HF39R - QWWVT
VPKVK - HPDHZ - HTDDC - BDRDM - 923FG
BC3PP - 88VCY - JPCD6 - 6TRXV - B8GRG
V97VV - T4QTX - Y7QHT - FR9VR - TV7M6
PQWQ7 - PBC28 - 9CPCD - VKGQT - FWM4T
TVMFM - GBMS8 - 8VB97 - B97YG - KT84G
T8R6G - GJMMX - TYQKV - V6YHD - VX77T
V8WYX - PCYMQ - BMRT9 - ZZRC3 - H3TMT
CPMG2 - C8P7Q - 8H98J - GKWD9 - RP66T
WQ92D - MDYQY - DMTGB - CHMVB - G4CK6
FB2CB - Q6V9P - GWB6Q - G8KF7 - 6YQF6
QQ3PT - 3D3Q6 - WX7RM - 9QBPK - Y8RWT
FD9X6 - CRWRK - DJ9CY - XXF99 - KQ4CT
FXFXV - GBMH6 - R9HK3 - KVXBH - MYMY6
FDPY3 - D6T29 - XM3FY - JPYCF - 3D4FT
TQJ37 - 2HPPK - WT4VW - BHMXD - 3P9G6
BCWXW - VHXFD - YF4RM - H2TMX - 7YHQT
VFMGM - 7MB24 - P9RWK - 38KV2 - 6KJG6
HTXHX - JXKGG - MY3WW - PPXKW - MPJDG
MVPCQ - M8H34 - TKYJX - YY98H - BJVV6
HKJJF - 93B3Y - K2KCD - M8H7B - G3XWG

Even discussing how to incorporate a product key in an automatic
(unattended) installation script or discussing how to remove/bypass the
EULA agreement page during installation for win-98 makes them nervous.
Chicken **** dinks.

Why are you even bothered about what they do in their own swimming pool?
You've got here to play/post in. Railing here is going to make them
change their ways as much as complaining about them will make North
Korea change theirs, so why do you keep on about it? It's just boring
for the rest of us (assuming there _are_ any other than you and me
here!). I haven't killfiled because I remember having seen useful stuff
from you.

I can't remember now. I'm still trying to recall which filaments worked
best in our incandescent light bulbs, but Edison left the workroom.

Can get you banned and deleted on aioe.org too
Would you like to see how it Works

I use a custom-build with 200 MHz Pentium processor, 256MB RAM, and 20GB
HDD, which is the maximum the Aopen AP5T motherboard can take. I
installed windows 2000 Professional and stuck with it ever since 2003.
Before that I was using Windows 95a, I think.

Perhaps I would apologize for remarks because perhaps I might be able to
sympathize with the 98 Guy because I still have one computer with
Windows 98SE that I keep around for the older pieces of software that
will not run on anything else.

However, user J.P. Gulliver (John) expressed my sentiment regarding
Microsoft's stigmatization for earlier versions of its software.
Microsoft ended support for windows 98SE years ago and few computer
users now have any knowledge about it beyond the wikipedia article so 98
guy's gripe for "mainstream" support is almost laughable. By the way, I
think that we are all in agreement that Windows ME was a terrible OS,
right?

I think that for better or worse, if you still use anything but the
latest OS by Microsoft, you are anything but mainstream.
