Select Open with... Tick "Always use this program...", scroll down and highlight Registry Editor. Click OK, and confirm when asked if you want to add the information to registry. After successful action, reboot and test. Erika, Regarding the .REG file, try this: Select Open with... Tick "Always use this program...", scroll down and highlight Regedit. Click OK, and confirm when asked if you want to add the information to = registry. After successful action, reboot and test. You need to browse for and select regedit if it doesn't appear in the
