Default Windows Mobile emulation on W98?

Does anyone know if Windows Mobile 2003, for ARM processors, can be emulated
on W98 using KernelEx or otherwise? I bought a few programs when I could
still see a Dell X50V screen, and if I could run them on W98 I'd do it.

I suspect not; The Clue Is In The Question: by 2003 w98 was out of favour
and XP was "in".

Well, I found a couple of small M$ emulators, and some OS image packages to
try. Standalone variants of their SDK tools. I haven't tried them yet, but I
suspect that they might be installed to WXP or W2K (which I don't have), then
transplanted into W98 with KernelEx already there for them. I don't know if
anyone's done it but maybe... If so I hope they post to indicate any of the
stuff to do or avoid in getting there.
