Help with scanning and Zone Alarm -AIO.exe
I have a Lexmark X5150 printer. I have scanned and sent many times with
no problems. A couple of weeks ago I did a 'clean install' of zone alarm instead of a upgrade. I will never do that again.....as Zone Alarm lost all the setting I had as being safe. I now have had window after window popping up in Zone Alarm - some being legit. and some spy ware asking to be let in.. Today I scanned and wanted to send a picture and zone alarm popped up a window wanting me to allow - AIO.exe. I looked in Google and did not see where it had anything to do with Lexmark so I clicked deny - do not ask again. Now...when I try to send a picture I am getting a window saying my server cannot sent. But...it is being sent and received in my mailbox even though my server is saying it cannot send. I hoped I explained this clear enough. Apparently AIO.exe must have something to do with Lexmark. I do not know how to get back into Zone Alarm and uncheck the deny. I sure would appreciate any help anyone can give Thank you -- |

Help with scanning and Zone Alarm -AIO.exe
Thanks Mike,
I sent you a personal e-mail thank you. You sure did make my day!!! "Mike M" wrote in message ... Double click the Zone Alarm icon in your systray, then select Program Control and then click the Programs tab. Look for AIO.exe and double click the symbol in the Access columns and set to your needs (possibly Allow in Trusted Zone and Block in Internet Zone). -- Mike Maltby Cindy wrote: I have a Lexmark X5150 printer.
